Prism Mosaic - Data deletion

Data deletion requests

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Prism Mosaic: Gem Sorting is operated by Suntof Solutions. Core gameplay does not require an account. Players who voluntarily join online rankings receive an anonymous ranking account. Players may separately link a recovery email and opt in to private cloud backup. This page explains the in-app deletion options, local-data deletion, and how to request deletion from Suntof Solutions after uninstalling.

Delete a cloud backup or recovery account in the app

These controls apply to releases with Cloud Backup in Settings. If your version does not offer them, you can still use the external request below without reinstalling or upgrading.

  1. Open Prism Mosaic and select Settings, then Cloud Backup.
  2. To delete only the private cloud save, select Delete cloud backup. Progress on this device remains, and another backup will not start without your choice.
  3. To delete the entire recovery account, enter the linked email address and password, then select Delete recovery account and confirm. This removes the Firebase authentication identity, private backup, and associated ranking data while leaving local progress on the device.

Public ranking data disappears promptly; some associated records may finish deleting through a bounded background process. A minimal non-gameplay revision marker may remain to prevent a delayed old upload from recreating a deleted backup.

Delete a ranking account in the app

  1. Open Prism Mosaic and select Top Players.
  2. Open your profile, then select Manage ranking account.
  3. Select Delete ranking account, enter the exact Player ID shown by the app, and confirm permanent deletion.

This removes the ranking profile, scores, result submissions, league entries, hidden-player choices, and associated reports. For an anonymous account it also removes the authentication identity. If you linked a recovery email, that identity and its private backup remain until you choose full recovery-account deletion. The app then creates no new ranking profile unless you join again. Local progress on the device is not deleted.

Request deletion from Suntof Solutions

  1. Email suntof.apps@gmail.com with the subject Prism Mosaic - Data Deletion Request.
  2. If possible, write from your linked recovery email address or the address used for earlier support messages so we can locate the relevant records. We may ask you to verify control of it.
  3. State that you want your Prism Mosaic support messages, contact details, attachments, ranking account, cloud backup, and/or recovery account deleted. For a ranking request, include your public Player ID if you know it. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request. A public Player ID helps locate a record but is not proof of account ownership. Do not send passwords, payment details, advertising identifiers, or other sensitive information.

We will review the request and delete eligible information under our control within 30 days after we can reasonably identify it. We will notify you when it is completed and explain any information retained and the reason for retaining it.

Data deleted or retained

  • Support communications: eligible support emails, the sender email address, message contents, screenshots, and other attachments are deleted after a verified request.
  • Ranking account data: the public Player ID, player-chosen display name, avatar, optional country, ranking scores, submitted results, league entries, hidden-player choices, and associated reports are deleted through the in-app control or after a verified request. An anonymous authentication identity is removed with the ranking account; a linked recovery identity requires full-account deletion.
  • Local game data: progress, settings, coins, boosters, gallery unlocks, and event state remain on the device. Clear the app's storage or uninstall the app to delete the local copy. If you opted in to cloud backup, delete that separate private copy in the app or request its deletion here.
  • Deleted-backup protection: a technical record keyed by the private user ID retains only the revision number, deletion time, and, for full-account deletion, an account-deleted flag. It contains no gameplay payload, email address, or password. It remains identifier-linked rather than anonymous. It prevents delayed requests from recreating deleted data and is not used for advertising. After full-account deletion it becomes eligible for automatic cleanup after 30 days. Periodic cleanup confirms the authentication account no longer exists; temporary failures are retried. A backup-only marker remains while the recovery account is active, until a new backup replaces it or the recovery account is deleted.
  • Limited retention: information may be retained only when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or establish and defend legal claims. It is kept only for the period required for that purpose and then deleted.

Advertising data

Google Mobile Ads and Google's advertising partners may process approximate location derived from IP address, device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. This data is controlled under Google's policies rather than stored in a Prism Mosaic account. Use the in-game Ad privacy choices entry when it is available, Android's advertising ID controls, and Google's privacy controls for data handled by Google.
